Click the "Sign In / Up" button on our website and choose "Don't have an account? Sign Up". You can register using your email address or Google account. If you're an event organiser, head over to The Organiser Portal, your account will carry over, so you won't need to sign in again separately.
EventBridge is free for attendees. Event organisers pay a small service fee depending on ticket sales and extra services requested like marketing.
You can create any type of event - conferences, concerts, workshops, parties, sports events, virtual events and more all from the palm of your hands.
Browse events, select the event you would like to attend, choose your tickets and complete the checkout process with your payment information and your tickets should be delivered to your email in an instant.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Capitec Pay, EFT, and QR code payments, all made possible by our amazing partners at Paystack.
Typically you'll need an account to purchase so you can manage and access your tickets afterward. However, some organisers enable "FastLane" guest checkout for their events, which lets you buy tickets without signing up first. Where FastLane isn't enabled, you'll need to create a free account to complete your purchase.
Your tickets are delivered electronically to your email as a PDF containing all your event details, and are also stored in your EventBridge account, accessible any time via Tickets, our Android mobile app, or the website. Your ticket email also includes buttons to add your ticket straight to Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet, or Huawei Wallet.
Open the ticket email we sent you and look for the wallet buttons alongside your PDF ticket. Tap "Add to Google Wallet", "Add to Samsung Wallet", or "Add to Huawei Wallet" depending on your device, and follow the prompts to save it. The QR code in your wallet pass is synced with the one on your PDF ticket, so you only need to present one at check-in, there's no need to show both.
Creating an event is free. Your fee structure will depend on volume of sales and any extra services requested by you.
